Q: WHY DID YOU JOIN US?
A: I wasn’t just overweight, I was the heaviest I had ever been in my life and my lifestyle was one that was leading me down a very dark road. I didn’t care about my health and fitness. I was depressed and had no motivation. I woke up one morning, err afternoon, and decided I was done living this way. It just so happened Final Call was getting ready to open.
Q: WHAT’S BEEN YOUR BIGGEST ACCOMPLISHMENT SINCE JOINING US?
A: I’ve lost 12lbs of fat. I’m down 10lbs overall. Dropped my Body Fat % by almost 6%.
Q: WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON NOW?
A: Just continuing to focus on nutrition and getting stronger and faster everyday. It’s a process and the process is different for everyone. Working to stay focused on my plan.
Q: WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE MEMORY AT OUR GYM?
A: Everyday is a favorite memory. Watching someone different everyday fight and give their all. Personally mine would be competing in this years Open.
Q: WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO CONTINUE TRAINING HERE?
A: Seeing the community that has been built at our gym has been awesome to watch and be a part of. There isn’t jealousy or people walking around being better than everyone. It’s a gym full of awesome character and compassion.
Q: WHY DID YOU JOIN US?
A: I had been doing personal training that was similar to CrossFit and wanted to expand upon that. Plus, I wanted to work on losing some weight and toning.
Q: WHAT’S BEEN YOUR BIGGEST ACCOMPLISHMENT SINCE JOINING US?
A: My biggest accomplishment other than noticing I’m getting stronger is that I no longer let the scale make me feel bad about myself. I’ve learned that even though the scale doesn’t show extreme weight loss, through the InBody I am seeing results in muscle gain and body fat loss. I came into this with probably unrealistic expectations to lose 15 lbs. Now I’m not focused on a number but more so on the changes I’m seeing in my body.
Q: WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON NOW?
A: I want to focus more on nutrition to help with getting my body fat percentage down a little more.
Q: WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE MEMORY AT OUR GYM?
A: The Friday Night Lights is probably my favorite memory. It’s really motivating to have everyone cheering you on to finish a really hard workout.
Q: WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO CONTINUE TRAINING HERE?
A: This is the first time I’ve joined a gym or fitness center where I feel like I need to go every day or I’m going to be missing out! The coaches and other members are all great and make it fun. At other places it was hard to maintain the motivation to keep going back.

Q: WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON NOW?
A: Outside of the gym, I’m working on remaining consistent with my good nutrition habits. In the gym, I’d like to just continue working on improving all of my lifts and getting stronger.
Q: WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE MEMORY AT OUR GYM?
A: During Foundations when I completed my 1st Fran. I looked at it and thought “there is no way I can finish that, especially not in that time”, but then I did. It was the most amazing mental rush!
Q: WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO CONTINUE TRAINING HERE?
A: The accountability I get, both from the coaches and the other amazing gym members. They are always encouraging me, supporting me, and pushing me to do more.
